General Dentist (Experienced)

Smile Makers Dental Center is seeking a Full Time, Experienced General Dentist to join our growing location. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who is passionate about patient care, enjoys practicing in a collaborative environment.

Smile Makers Dental Center is a multi-specialty, privately owned DSO with six locations in Northern Virginia. We are committed to clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and a patient experience that prioritizes compassion, communication, and trust. Our practice is well-established with strong patient flow and an experienced support team.

Must have 5+ years experience in Private Practice.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including exams, restorative, basic endo, extractions, dental implants and comprehensive treatment planning
Deliver an exceptional patient experience with clear communication and empathy
Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Diagnose and present treatment using evidence-based standards of care
Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
What We’re Looking For
DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school
Active Virginia dental license in good standing
Strong communication and patient-relationship skills
Commitment to high-quality dentistry and ethical treatment planning
Compensation & Contract Structure
Contract-based position with competitive percentage after daily minimum period
CE support and mentorship opportunities
Potential for growth within our six-location DSO

Pay: $700.00 - $800.00 per day
