General Dentist – Franklin, OH (On-Site)

Franklin Dental Care & Dentures is a high-volume, fast-paced Medicaid dental practice. We are the absolute sole Medicaid provider within a 30-mile radius, meaning our environment is emotionally demanding, operationally unforgiving, and heavy on patient volume.

We are filling an open slot for a General Dentist who will act as the clinical leader of the operatory floor. In this role, you possess complete doctor ownership and legal liability over all diagnoses, treatment planning, and clinical outcomes. You will be leading an auxiliary team of assistants and administrative staff. If you struggle with high-volume pace, volume fatigue, or rigid practice structures, this environment will not be a fit. What You’ll Do (Clinical & Systems Leadership):
Own all diagnostic responsibility, treatment planning, and comprehensive dental care workflows (including complex extractions, prosthetics, fillings, and crown preparations).

Direct and lead your auxiliary team, managing chairside sequencing, room turnover pace, and clinical compliance.

Verify tooth morphology, numbering, and surfaces with total diagnostic accuracy before initiating any irreversible treatment.

Complete and lock clinical documentation, notes, and billing codes inside Dentrix Ascend immediately following the conclusion of each appointment.

What We Require (Non-Negotiable):
Active Licensure: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school and an active, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Ohio.

Absolute Reliability: A bulletproof history of attendance and shift adherence. On-time means early.

Technical & Sourcing Potential: Quick learning velocity for cloud systems like Dentrix Ascend and digital impression scan workflows via Dandy.

Coachability: Receptiveness to system-level audits and direct feedback regarding schedule flow and revenue performance
