General Dentist - Full Arch Implants (Partnership Track)

Position Description:
Ideal candidates are financially driven and will guide patients to treatment acceptance. The general dentist is expected to understand the metrics of the practice and to quickly adapt to the needs of the practice. Candidates will primarily present cases to patients, plan cases for the surgeon, develop plans for prosthetics, and deliver prosthetics. Financial compensation will directly reflect in the success and work ethic of the candidate. Candidates must have exceptional attention to detail, demonstrate empathy, quickly establish rapport, willingness to learn, and an ability to adapt. Candidates must produce results while coordinating with other departments to ensure exceptional patient experiences. We are offering competitive compensation, training, and opportunity for growth. In the practice training is offered for full arch systems and potentially All-on-4™ procedures as well.

Responsibilities
Consulting with Patients and Building Rapport
Case presentation for full arch and single implant cases
Understand and Plan Surgical Workflow
Use CBCT to view and diagnose cases
Use planning software to plan implant cases
Verify plans for surgeon
Understand and Manage Clinical Prosthetic Workflow
Evaluate surgeries for prosthetic fabrication
Communicate with the in-house lab technicians for successful design
Deliver prosthetics, adjust, as necessary
Customer Service Discussions
Answer patient questions and concerns
Help guide patients through the full-arch process
Complete Small Implant Surgery Cases
Single implant surgeries only as needed
Potential to also learn and complete full arch surgical cases.

Partnership Opportunity
This position is designed for a dentist who wants more than an associateship. The right candidate will be offered a clear, performance-based path from associate to partner and, ultimately, to an ownership stake in the Reno practice entity.

Phase 1 - First 6 Months: Associate Dentist and Partnership Evaluation
Full-time associate role with competitive compensation while you learn our full arch systems and workflows
Performance is measured against clearly defined, mutually agreed goals, including case acceptance, production, patient experience, clinical quality, and teamwork with the surgical and lab teams
Formal performance review at the 6-month mark
Candidates who meet the 6-month benchmarks are offered a formal partnership-track agreement
Phase 2 - 6 Months to 1 Year: Partner Track
Expanded clinical and leadership responsibilities within the Reno practice
Greater involvement in practice growth, patient flow, and team development
Continued performance tracking toward the 1-year ownership milestone
Phase 3 - 1 Year: Entity Ownership
Candidates who meet the 1-year performance benchmarks will have the opportunity to roll into actual ownership in the Reno practice entity
Specific performance benchmarks, ownership percentage, and deal terms will be detailed in the offer letter for this position
Requirements: DDS or DMD with an active Nevada dental license (or eligibility to obtain one before starting). Full arch and implant experience is preferred; training is provided.

Pay: $180,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
