Job Description
Barsoum Dental Upland is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our established, patient-centered practice five days per week. We have built a five-star reputation in our community over many years, and we are looking for a doctor who shares our commitment to honest, high-quality care.
No upselling. No production quotas. No corporate treatment targets.
Our patients trust us because we only recommend what they actually need. We are looking for a doctor who practices the same way.
This is a W-2 employee position, not an independent contractor arrangement.
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in general dentistry.
What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive general dentistry — diagnostic, preventive, and restorative care
Perform crown and bridge, fillings, extractions, and routine endodontics
Develop treatment plans and present them clearly and honestly to patients
Work with a dedicated extended functions assistant assigned to you, allowing you to delegate appropriate restorative steps and stay focused on diagnosis and treatment
Work alongside our in-house specialists in endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics for referred cases
Collaborate with an experienced clinical and front office team to keep the day running efficiently
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Open Dental
What We're Looking For
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active, unrestricted California dental license
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in general dentistry
Strong diagnostic judgment and comfort with a full general scope
Excellent chairside manner and clear communication with patients
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, well-established practice
Current DEA registration, malpractice coverage, and BLS/CPR certification
