What We're Looking For:
2+ years of clinical experience OR 1+ year with completion of a GPR or AEGD
A confident communicator with a professional, compassionate chairside manner
Proficient in restorative and prosthodontic procedures (removable and fixed)
Passionate about patient comfort and long-term relationship building
A growth-minded individual who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing team
Interest in specialty procedures (endodontics, implants, extractions) is welcomed but not required – training and mentorship available
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation with introductory daily minimum
Commission-based pay model with unmatched earning potential
