Pearly Whites Dentistry & Whitening is a modern, fast-growing private practice seeking a full-time General Dentist who is passionate about exceptional patient care and wants the opportunity to build long-term wealth through partnership and ownership.

We have an immediate opening and are prioritizing candidates who are available to start now or within the next 30 days.

This is more than an associate position. We are looking for a doctor who wants to grow with Pearly Whites and have a clear pathway to partnership in our Myrtle Beach practice and potential future Pearly Whites locations.

Compensation & Benefits

- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

- Guaranteed minimum salary of $200,000

Who We’re Looking For

- General Dentist with an active South Carolina dental license or ability to obtain one

- Available to start immediately or within approximately 30 days preferred

- 1+ year of experience preferred

- Strong general dentistry clinical skills

- Positive, motivated, and patient-focused

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Committed to providing outstanding patient care

- Interested in growing clinically, professionally, and financially
