Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Dental Associate to join our general dentistry practice. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exemplary dental care, eager to learn and grow, and committed to patient education and wellness. In this role, you will provide a wide range of dental services to patients of all ages in a fully-equipped, state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities
· Provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, preventive care, and minor oral surgery.
· Perform routine cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canals as needed.
· Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and home care instructions.
· Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and staff, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment.
· Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative team to deliver seamless patient care.
· Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations regarding dental care, infection control, and patient privacy (HIPAA).
· Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with advances in dentistry.
· Maintain accurate and timely patient records using our electronic dental software.
· Contribute to practice growth through active participation in community outreach and patient engagement events.
Qualifications
· Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
· Valid state dental license (or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date).
· Strong clinical skills in general dentistry; experience with implantology, cosmetic, or specialty procedures is a plus.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-focused approach.
· Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability.
· New graduates and experienced practitioners are encouraged to apply.
