I am seeking a patient-focused General Dentist to step into a leadership role with an immediate opportunity to become a partner—with no upfront buy-in.

I am currently in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency out of state and I am unable to provide the day-to-day management for my 8 years old practice. After recognizing that a traditional associate model was not the right long-term solution, I am looking for a motivated dentist who is ready to take ownership as a true partner.
