Petrone Family Dentistry is a privately owned dental practice in Jacksonville, FL, seeking an experienced General Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join our team.

Our practice is PPO and fee-for-service only and does NOT participate in HMO or Medicaid plans. The position offers a 3–4 day work week, with scheduling flexibility and opportunities for either full-time or part-time employment.

Typical blended compensation of $15,000–$25,000 per month
Established patient base and consistent patient flow
Clinical autonomy within a collaborative practice
Experienced doctors, hygienists, and support staff
No corporate ownership or production quota structure
Technology and Clinical Support
The practice is equipped with:
CBCT imaging
CEREC technology
Endodontic microscope
Digital X-rays
Eaglesoft practice management software
On-site laboratory technician for custom chairside shading
The dentist will work with experienced clinical and administrative team members, including doctors, hygienists, dental assistants, and front office staff.

Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active Florida dental license, or eligibility to obtain one
Strong clinical and communication skills
Commitment to patient-centered care
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Interest in building a long-term position within a private practice
