Are you an experienced General Dentist looking for a high-quality part-time opportunity with a predictable two-day schedule and an established patient base?

We are seeking a Part-Time General Dentist to join an established, well-run PPO and Fee-for-Service practice in San Antonio. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants to practice great dentistry in a supportive environment without the commitment of a full-time schedule.

Schedule: Tuesdays & Wednesdays
You’ll walk into an established practice with consistent patient demand, a strong clinical support team, and the technology you need to deliver comprehensive care.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out- Predictable 2-Day Schedule
Work every Tuesday and Wednesday, making this an ideal opportunity for a dentist looking for dependable part-time hours and greater flexibility outside of the practice.

You won't need to build a practice from scratch. This location has an established patient population and consistent demand for comprehensive general dentistry.

Strong Production Opportunity
The practice averages approximately $4,500–$5,000 in daily net production, providing an excellent foundation for a productive part-time schedule.

Fully Supported Hygiene Department
You'll work alongside two full-time Dental Hygienists, helping maintain a strong hygiene program and consistent patient flow.

Modern Digital Workflow
Practice with a technology-forward approach that includes a fully digital workflow and CBCT imaging.

Focus on Quality Patient Care
Our goal is to provide patients with exceptional, comprehensive dental care while creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door.

What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive general dentistry to an established patient population
Diagnose and treatment plan based on individual patient needs
Build lasting relationships with patients and families
Educate patients on treatment options and oral health
Collaborate with the hygiene and clinical team
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Deliver a consistently positive patient experience
Utilize digital technology and CBCT as appropriate to support diagnosis and treatment
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a dentist who is confident clinically, enjoys building patient relationships, and wants to become a valued member of an established team.

Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
3+ years of hands-on clinical experience
Active Texas dental license or eligibility for licensure
Strong communication and patient relationship skills
Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered dentistry
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team
Preferred, But Not Required
Invisalign/clear aligner experience
Spanish bilingual skills
Experience working in a PPO/FFS environment
A Great Opportunity for the Right Dentist
Whether you're looking to supplement your current schedule, transition into part-time dentistry, or simply want a consistent two-day opportunity with an established patient base, this role offers an attractive combination of flexibility, technology, support, and clinical opportunity.

Two days. Established patients. Strong production. Modern technology. A great team.

If that sounds like the kind of practice environment you're looking for, we'd love to connect with you confidentially.
