Job Description
Star Bright Dentist is seeking a motivated, quality-oriented General Dentist to join our experienced team. Our private practice is family oriented with highly trained staff in a great location of Lancaster, CA. This is a unique private office opportunity!
Part time position
Clinical autonomy – candidate must be able to diagnose, provide dental treatment to include Root Canals, crowns, bridges, extractions and dentures as deemed clinically necessary. Candidate will work primarily as the sole dentist with a consolidated schedule. Candidate will be responsible for performing both examinations and treatment each working day.
Commitment to patient care - our management team will be responsible for all aspects of dental operations including staffing, training, billing and supply management. We currently have a steady number of new patients and existing patients with a growing potential to increase your earnings.
Compensation
Compensation is based on gross production, with a daily guarantee of $1200/day depending on relevant experience. Star Bright Dentist treats Medicaid (Dentical) patients, in addition to PPO and Cash patients.
Job Requirements
DDS/DMD from an accredited university and active State Dental Board license
DEA License, CPR/BLS and NPI number
A strong sense of ethics and the ability to act with integrity
A hunger and drive to achieve financial success and independence
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients
Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Dentist
Current Malpractice Policy
Candidate must be in good standing with the Dental Board of CA
