General Dentist - Growing busy practice
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our busy practice.
Our office provides comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and enhancing smiles through expert treatment and compassionate patient interaction.
Your expertise in general dentistry, combined with your commitment to patient care, will help foster a welcoming environment where patients feel confident and cared for. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a well-equipped, modern clinic with a focus on excellence, innovation, and community impact.
Growth and Continuing Education - Be part of a team of owner doctors
Our small group of dentist owned practices are expanding and are seeking a provider who is collaborative, confident in their skills and interested in long term development as a general dentist. You will be provided with a strong clinical assistant team and knowledgeable and experienced operations leadership. Working closely with the Office Manager and providers in the practice, your input and ideas are welcomed. We encourage providers to share their knowledge and experience to bring best practices to the group.
Clinical autonomy and skill development - Practice philosophy
While practicing in our office, your skills and treatment planning will not be dictated by anyone but yourself. You lead the clinical direction for your patients. We offer mentorship by owner and senior providers and do not require our associates to perform procedures beyond their scope or comfort. While we encourage continued growth and advancement in areas where you may not be as confident, we offer an open referral policy to specialty and industry leaders.
Labs and Supplies - Formulary
Our offices utilize a variety of labs and encourage providers to submit cases to those that offer great results and customer service. The right lab can be the best way to provide exceptional patient care.
While we use a national vendor for supplies and equipment, our office has expansive budgets for providers to ensure you have the materials you need to perform high quality dentistry. We encourage you to work with the Lead Assistant and Office Manager to procure materials and supplies that are needed. Because our practices are busy, we ensure that inventory is maintained and that essentials and specialty items are available each patient day.
