Responsibilities
Perform general dentistry procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions
Conduct patient assessments and diagnose oral health issues
Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate options clearly using accurate dental terminology
Perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontic procedures, and oral surgery as needed
Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards
Operate dental imaging equipment and interpret results for diagnostic purposes
Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
Experience & Qualifications
Proven clinical experience in a general dentistry setting
Proficiency with dental practice management software
Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus
Strong understanding of medical terminology, imaging, and records management
Familiarity with dental fabrication processes and endodontic procedures
Ability to confidently perform extractions, root canals, and prosthodontic services
Excellent patient care, communication, and education skills
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation paid at 35% of adjusted production, with uncapped earning potential

Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
Active or eligible Massachusetts dental license in good standing
Eligibility to work in the U.S.; H-1B and permanent residency sponsorship available
Ability to provide comprehensive general dentistry care, including restorative, preventive, and emergency services
Confidence performing routine procedures such as:
Exams and treatment planning
Fillings, crowns, and bridges
Routine extractions
Root canal and prosthodontic services (as experience allows)
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain diagnoses and treatment options to patients
Comfort working with a diverse patient population, including Medicaid, PPO, and fee-for-service patients
Proficiency or willingness to learn dental practice management software and digital imaging systems
Commitment to maintaining high standards of infection control, safety, ethics, and professionalism
