Responsibilities
Perform thorough patient assessments, including dental examinations and medical history reviews, to develop effective treatment plans.

Deliver a wide range of dental services such as dental cleanings, restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures.

Utilize dental imaging technology and interpret results to diagnose issues accurately.

Maintain precise medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure all records are up-to-date.

Implement infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to guarantee patient safety during procedures.

Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options to promote long-term dental health.

Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.

Skills
Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Dentrix or similar platforms.

Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques.

Skilled in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures.

Familiarity with infection control standards and sterilization procedures within a clinical setting.

Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical documentation best practices to ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
