Job Summary

Duties
Perform general dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and extractions with precision and care
Conduct thorough patient assessments utilizing dental terminology and medical documentation to develop personalized treatment plans
Utilize dental imaging technology and anatomical knowledge to diagnose oral health issues accurately
Execute advanced procedures such as root canal therapy, dental fabrication, prosthodontics, and oral surgery while maintaining aseptic technique and infection control standards
Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort
Maintain detailed medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure accurate documentation of all treatments performed
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options to promote long-term dental health
Qualifications
Valid state license to practice dentistry as a General Dentist
Proven experience in dental office or clinic settings with proficiency in dental terminology and medical terminology
Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Curve, Dentrix or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of infection control protocols, medical imaging techniques, and anatomy relevant to dentistry
Expertise in pediatric dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery preferred but not required
Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, and other complex procedures confidently
Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to diverse patient populations including pediatrics

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
