We are a high-production private practice with strong internal referrals and a steady flow of new patients. Our focus is on delivering excellent patient care while allowing doctors full clinical autonomy in a well-supported setting.

Clinical Responsibilities

Accurate documentation in Dentrix
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active NY dental license (or eligibility)
Strong communication and clinical skills
Commitment to high-quality patient care

Compensation
35% of collections only (no daily guarantee)
Strong earning potential: $200,000–$350,000+ annually based on production and patient volume
