Job Summary
We are seeking a FLUENT SPANISH AND ENGLISH dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our vibrant dental team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring optimal oral health and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and dental implants
Conduct thorough patient assessments utilizing medical and dental history reviews, clinical examinations, and diagnostic imaging to develop accurate diagnoses
Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and preferences while explaining procedures clearly to ensure informed consent
Maintain precise medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations
Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry to optimize workflow efficiency and patient comfort
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, and other digital tools to enhance patient care quality
Skills
Extensive knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and healthcare diagnosis processes
Proficiency in using dental practice management software including Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar systems for scheduling, billing, and record keeping
Strong client communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly and empathetically
Expertise in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental fabrication, orthodontics, endodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, and pediatric dentistry
Familiarity with infection control standards and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice environments
Ability to assess patient needs accurately through comprehensive evaluation methods
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations along with state healthcare laws governing medical documentation and patient privacy
