Full-Time Associate Dentist Wanted
PAY: $850-$900 daily MIN or 33% of production (whichever is higher)
A busy and growing private dental office in Norwich, Connecticut
We are a well-established private practice with a strong patient base and a very busy schedule. Our office is equipped with modern technology, including CBCT, implant equipment, intraoral scanner, digital X-rays, Invisalign workflow, and advanced restorative tools.

This is a great opportunity for both an experienced dentist and a motivated new graduate. We are willing to mentor and train the right candidate, especially in areas such as treatment planning, surgical procedures, implants, Invisalign, pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, and private practice workflow.

Our office also has an in-house pedodontist and oral surgeon, giving the associate dentist an excellent opportunity to learn from specialists and gain exposure to a wide range of clinical cases in one office setting.

Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Connecticut dental license, or eligibility to obtain one
Strong communication skills and a caring chairside manner
Willingness to learn and grow clinically
Responsible, honest, and team-oriented personality
