The office is modern and highly productive, operating primarily as a fee-for-service practice. It is equipped with advanced technology, including a crown mill and a soft tissue laser, allowing for comprehensive, high-quality patient care. The practice provides a wide range of services, with real opportunity to expand skills in implants, endodontics, oral surgery, sedation, and cosmetic dentistry. Sedation is currently offered, with training available.

The position offers a predictable 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.), 90%+ collections, and strong production potential in a patient-centered, team-oriented setting.

This role is well-suited for a dentist who wants to build confidence, increase clinical breadth, and establish roots in a practice with long-term upside, including a clear path to future buy-in/ownership.
