JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
DDS or DMD required.

Dentist licensing/certifications required by state.

Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
Maintain Continuing Education (CE) as required by the state.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $170,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
