A Genuine Path to Partnership
A new general dentistry practice is opening in Chino, CA, built from the ground up. We're looking for a general dentist ready to grow into a true partner.
What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive general dentistry: diagnostic, preventive, and restorative care
Perform implants, extractions, root canals, crowns, and everyday restorative work
Diagnose conditions and build treatment plans, communicated clearly to patients
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Work closely with your own dental assistant and front office team to keep the day running efficiently
What You'll Bring:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active, unrestricted California dental license
4-6 years of clinical experience
Skilled in implants, extractions, and root canals, alongside strong everyday general dentistry
Sound clinical judgment and comfort practicing independently
A hardworking, growth-minded approach
Respect for patients and a commitment to honest care
Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
What We Offer:
Modern office and equipment
Daily minimum ($800-900) plus percentage production bonus
Experienced operational and front-office support
The autonomy to build your own clinical team
A clear, structured path to partnership after 3 years
A collaborative environment built on mutual respect
If you're a driven GP looking for a real opportunity to grow and eventually own a piece of what you build, we'd love to meet you.
