Familia Dental and Vivid Smiles are hiring a General Dentist in Plainview, Texas. This full-time dentist opportunity is open to experienced dentists, associate dentists, and upcoming DDS/DMD graduates seeking clinical autonomy, mentorship, strong earning potential, and long-term career growth.

At Familia Dental, our dentists provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care for children and adults while making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve. This is an opportunity to practice dentistry with purpose, build long-term patient relationships, and grow within a successful dental organization that supports providers clinically, professionally, and financially.

Why Join Familia Dental?

Familia Dental gives dentists 100% clinical autonomy, allowing providers to make independent clinical decisions while benefiting from operational and administrative support. Our model is designed to reduce non-clinical burdens so dentists can focus on patient care.

Our practices are equipped with modern dental technology, including electronic health records and digital X-rays, helping providers deliver efficient, high-quality care. Dentists are supported by experienced clinical and operational teams so they can focus on treatment planning, patient care, and long-term clinical success.

Through FamiliaU, dentists receive structured mentorship, proficiency development, and advanced clinical training. This makes the opportunity a strong fit for both new graduate dentists and experienced providers looking to expand their skills.
