General Dentist – Private Dental Practice (Not a DSO) – Pasco, Washington
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated General Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing high-quality care and building strong relationships with our patients.
We are seeking an individual who is a team player and makes this place their second family. Being a private practice, we thrive on personalized care, family, and community. Must be energetic, efficient with time management, and ensure that every patient has an exceptional experience.
Qualifications
DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in the state of Washington
Active DEA
Must be able to pass a background check
Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry
Be confident and communicate diagnoses and treatment recommendations to every patient.
2+ years of clinical experience

Hours of operation: Tuesday–Thursday, 6:50–3:15, and Friday, 6:50–2:00.
Uncapped earning potential: 30% of production or daily guarantee (whichever is greater)
