We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled bilingual General Dentist specializing in Prosthodontics and Cosmetic dentistry procedures to join our dynamic dental team. Expierence working with high-end clientele and complex cosmetic and restorative cases. Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canal therapy.
Lead complex prosthodontic treatments such as crowns, bridges, dentures, implants, and full-mouth reconstructions with precision and care.
Design and execute customized smile makeovers utilizing advanced smile design techniques to meet patient expectations.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review, dental diagnosis, and treatment planning aligned with healthcare diagnosis standards.
Utilize dental imaging technology and adhere to infection control protocols to ensure safe and effective treatment environments.
Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize patient comfort and procedural efficiency.
Maintain accurate medical documentation, dental records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.
Communicate clearly with patients about treatment options, procedures, and post-treatment care to foster trust and satisfaction.
Stay current with industry advancements in prosthodontics, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and related fields to continually enhance clinical skills.
Requirements
Valid state dental license with certification in general dentistry; specialization in Prosthodontics is highly preferred.
Proven experience in dental office settings or clinics with a focus on restorative and cosmetic dentistry.
Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for scheduling, documentation, and treatment planning.
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical imaging techniques, and infection control standards.
Skilled in performing dental extractions, oral surgery procedures, implant placements, endodontics (root canals), prosthodontics and restorative dentistry, including full mouth rehabilitation cases and cosmetic dentistry procedures.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations including pediatrics; compassionate client communication is essential.
Familiarity with aseptic technique practices to prevent infection during procedures.
Knowledge of healthcare diagnosis processes and medical documentation requirements aligned with HIPAA regulations.
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently using four-handed dentistry methods while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
