General Dentist – Community Health Clinic
Location: Northwest Montana

A community health clinic in Northwest Montana is seeking a General Dentist to join its established dental team. This opportunity is open to new graduates and experienced dentists who are interested in providing high-quality, comprehensive care in a supportive, patient-focused environment.

The position offers a four-day workweek, competitive guaranteed salary with no production environment , a $10,000 sign-on bonus, strong benefits, and eligibility for federal student loan repayment.

Schedule
Providers work four days per week. The first appointment begins at 7:45 AM, and the final appointment ends at 4:45 PM.

There are no on-call requirements.

Clinical Responsibilities
The dentist will typically see approximately 12–13 restorative patients and 2–4 hygiene patients per day.

Procedures may include:
Preventive care, cleanings, sealants, and fluoride treatments
Restorative dentistry and fillings
Routine and surgical extractions, including follow-up care
Crown preparation and placement
Anterior root canal therapy
Denture preparation and related treatment
Practice Environment
The dental team currently includes:
One dentist
One registered dental hygienist
Four dental assistants
The clinic is equipped with modern dental technology, including:
Digital scanner for crowns and nightguards
WaveOne endodontic system
Panoramic X-ray unit
Compensation and Benefits
Base compensation $180,000-220,000
Compensation adjusted based on experience and internal equity
up to $10,000 sign-on/relocation bonus

Dental coverage
401(k) with 100% employer match up to 6%
$2,500 annual CME allowance
One week of paid CME time annually
Approximately 248 hours of PTO accrued annually
NHSC student loan repayment eligibility
Qualifications
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
Eligible for or currently holding a Montana dental license by the start date
Required professional certifications and credentials
Commitment to comprehensive, patient-centered dental care
