We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Deliver a wide range of dental services such as dental cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canal therapy, extractions, prosthodontics, and endodontics with precision and care.
Utilize dental imaging techniques and medical documentation tools like Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar software to record accurate patient data and treatment progress.
Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to maintain a safe clinical environment.
Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort.
Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care strategies, and post-treatment instructions in clear, understandable language.
Comply with HIPAA regulations and state healthcare laws by maintaining confidentiality of medical records and documentation.
Requirements
Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice general dentistry.
Proven experience in dental office or clinic settings with proficiency in dental terminology and medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
Familiarity with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or comparable systems for electronic health records management.
Strong knowledge of anatomy, oral surgery procedures, infection control standards, and medical imaging techniques.
Ability to perform dental procedures including extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics fabrication, and endodontic treatments confidently.
Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and provide compassionate service.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations along with understanding of state healthcare regulations governing dental practices.
Experience in pediatric dentistry or working with pediatric patients is a plus; additional training in anesthesiology or pediatrics is advantageous.
