An established, growing private dental practice in St. Charles, Illinois is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, is comfortable treating both PPO and Medicaid patients, and is excited to grow with a practice that is investing heavily in its future.

This position begins at 3 clinical days per week, with a clear path to 5 days per week as patient demand continues to grow.

We're Looking For Someone Who
Has 3+ years of clinical experience (preferred)
Is comfortable treating both PPO and Medicaid patients
Can confidently treatment plan comprehensive cases
Is a strong producer while maintaining an excellent patient experience
Has experience with implant placement and/or restoration (preferred)
Has experience with or interest in full-arch/All-on-X cases (a plus, but not required)
Wants to build lasting relationships with patients and become part of a growing practice for years to come
Works well with a team and enjoys helping mentor and elevate those around them
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive examinations and treatment planning
Deliver high-quality restorative dentistry, crowns, bridges, extractions, endodontics, removable prosthetics, and other general procedures
Place and restore implants when appropriate
Collaborate on larger implant and full-arch rehabilitation cases
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
Active Illinois dental license
Current malpractice insurance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered dentistry

Pay: $180,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
