A growing dental organization is seeking a compassionate and dedicated General Dentist to join its Special Needs Practice team. This opportunity is ideal for a provider who is passionate about delivering patient-centered care and building meaningful, long-term relationships with individuals who have special healthcare needs.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive dental care to patients with special healthcare needs in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment

Perform preventive, restorative, and diagnostic dental procedures

Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients and caregivers on oral health and treatment options

Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and caregivers through exceptional clinical care and communication

Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff to deliver an outstanding patient experience

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Adhere to all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards of practice

Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on quality patient outcomes

Qualifications

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school

Current dental license in the state of practice or eligibility for licensure

Strong clinical skills and commitment to patient-centered care

Passion for serving patients with special healthcare needs

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
