Well-established single-doctor private practice in Northern Virginia seeking an experienced, patient-centered general dentist. For the right candidate, there is potential for a long-term full-time associateship.

Schedule
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
No weekends
No on-call responsibilities
Compensation
The higher of $800-1000/day or 33% of collections

The patient schedule consists primarily of recall examinations, preventive care, routine restorative treatment, and occasional emergency visits.

Qualifications
Active Virginia dental license
Experience practicing independently in a general dentistry setting
Strong communication and patient relationship skills
Comfortable managing a productive schedule in a fast-paced environment
