Associate Dentist Opportunity (Non DSO - Private Office)

What We Offer:
Daily minimum guarantee or % of collections (whichever is higher).
No lab fees – Our fully equipped in-house lab features:
Multiple SprintRay 3D printeres (Pro2 and Pro55s)
4-axis and 5-axis milling machines for zirconia, e.max/LiSi, and custom titanium abutments
Multiple intraoral scanners as well as facial scanners for full-mouth rehabilitation and cosmetic cases with a digital workflow.
Advanced Technology: Same-day crowns with CEREC, 3D imaging, diode laser, and more.

Mentorship available for the right candidate.
Who We’re Looking For:
A motivated, patient-focused dentist ready to learn and grow.
1 year experience is preferred
Being comfortable with Molar Endo is a plus (we can mentor you for speed)
Licensed to practice dentistry in Connecticut (or eligible).
