General Dentist - Stratford

Astra Dental is looking for a motivated Associate General Dentist to join our growing FFS/PPO private practice in Stratford, CT.

This is a great opportunity for a dentist looking for strong compensation, advanced technology, mentorship if needed early on, and real room to grow clinically and financially.

We offer a guaranteed $1,000/day, with the opportunity to earn significantly more based on collections. For a dentist comfortable with higher-production procedures such as implants, surgical extractions, bone grafting, root canals, cosmetic dentistry, or comprehensive treatment planning, the earning potential is substantial.

Astra Dental is a modern, technology-driven office with a strong patient base. We provide comprehensive dentistry, including restorative care, crowns, bridges, extractions, dentures, emergency care, implants, cosmetics, digital dentistry, and same-day dentistry.

Our office has CEREC, intraoral scanners, facial scanners, Exocad, 3D printers, 4-axis milling, 5-axis milling, and a full in-house lab. There are no lab fees when using our in-house lab.

What We’re Looking For
D.D.S. or D.M.D. from an accredited dental school
Active Connecticut dental license in good standing
Confident diagnosing and treatment planning
Comfortable presenting treatment options to patients
Strong communication skills and chairside manner
Comfortable with general dentistry procedures
Experience with surgery, implants, endo, cosmetics, or digital dentistry is a plus
Motivated to grow clinically and financially
Mentorship is available if needed early on, but the ideal candidate should be motivated to become confident diagnosing, treatment planning, and providing comprehensive general dentistry.
