We at Newton Corner Dental Care are excited to offer the opportunity for a motivated and talented General Dentist to join our team! Build your career at a rapidly growing, highly-successful, patient-focused multi-specialty practice with a supportive and team-oriented environment. Enjoy unmatched earning potential with an enormous base of active patients, very high new patient flow and limited insurance participation. We are looking for an excellent long-term fit, and ownership is motivated to provide a leadership or partnership track for the right doctor. Required: 2 years of post-educational practice experience.
Practicing at Newton Corner Dental Care offers:
Unmatched earning potential - $1,000,000+ personal production schedule from day one*, with low insurance participation (In-network with Delta, BCBS only)
Large active patient base, and ample new patient patient flow (70-80+ per month, and growing!)
Beautiful, top-end facilities and technology (CBCT, iTero Lumina scanner, Trios scanner, Overjet AI, and more). Expanded facility from 5 ops to 13 ops in March 2025!
Mentorship and comradery from our group of experienced and successful GPs and specialists.
In-house periodontist and endodontist.
Simply amazing and happy team of dentists, hygienists, assistants and administrators!
Strong support for continuing education and development.

What we’re looking for:
Excellent communication skills - Composed, professional and personable demeanor required. Articulate and clear verbal communication. Values long-term relationships with patients.
Clinical skills - Focus on patient comfort. Excellent restorative and fixed/removable prosthetic skills are required. Specialty procedures (endodontics, extractions, implants) are not required, but there is ample opportunity for expanded skills and will be strongly supported.
A leader - Motivated by growth, both personal and professional. Excited by continuously working with a team to improve patient care. Positive and upbeat attitude.
*Note - Listed starting pay and anticipated productivity based on historical doctor performance at position. Actual compensation is determined by doctor performance.
