Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a professional environment. This role involves diagnosing, treating, and preventing dental issues while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. The successful candidate will be committed to maintaining the highest standards of dental care and patient safety.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
Perform various dental procedures including restorations, extractions, root canals, and cosmetic treatments
Utilize CAD technology for designing dental restorations when applicable
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using systems such as Epic and Dentrix
Educate patients on oral health practices and post-treatment care
Collaborate with dental team members to ensure seamless patient care
Stay current with advancements in dental techniques, materials, and technology
Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control standards
Requirements
Valid Dental License with current credentials
Proven experience working in a dental office
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain procedures clearly to patients of all ages
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Commitment to providing compassionate patient care in a professional environment
