We are a doctor-owned, multi-specialty practice serving families across Cumberland County. You’ll work alongside a supportive team across our Millville and Vineland locations, with opportunities to expand your clinical skills and build meaningful patient relationships.
You don’t need to arrive knowing how to do everything. Bring a strong foundation, a commitment to excellent patient care, and a willingness to learn.
An Owner Doctor Who Enjoys Teaching
Our owner, Dr. Hojin Kim, is happy to mentor doctors personally—whether you want help thinking through treatment plans, building confidence with familiar procedures, or learning more advanced clinical skills.
Depending on your interests and experience, mentorship can include:
Dental implants: Treatment planning, placement, and restoration.
Root canal treatment: Developing your endodontic skills and confidence.
Periodontal surgery: Expanding your understanding of surgical techniques and case selection.
Surgical extractions and complex restorative care.
Other clinical interests: Tell us what you want to learn, and we’ll discuss how we can support your development.
We welcome questions, encourage case discussions, and believe clinical growth happens through thoughtful guidance and experience. Learning opportunities will be tailored to your readiness, with patient safety and quality of care guiding every step.

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including preventive, restorative, prosthodontic, and appropriate surgical and endodontic care.
Help patients understand their treatment options with clear, friendly communication.
Work across our Millville and Vineland offices.
Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to create a positive patient experience.
Maintain accurate clinical records and follow applicable professional, safety, and privacy standards.
What We’re Looking For
DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school.
At least two years of clinical experience as a General Dentist.
An active, unencumbered New Jersey dental license.
Current required prescribing credentials and registrations, including DEA and NJ CDS, as applicable.
Current BLS/CPR certification.
A compassionate approach, strong communication skills, and a collaborative attitude.
A genuine interest in continuing to learn and improve.

$1,500 annual continuing education allowance toward approved courses, seminars, and certifications.
