Dentist Opportunity in Pompano Beach, Florida | Equity Partnership Opportunity
Vision Dental Partners is expanding into the Pompano Beach, Florida market, and we are looking for a hungry, growth-minded dentist who wants more than just another associate position.
This opportunity is ideal for a doctor who wants to lead, grow a practice, build a strong patient base, and pursue long-term partnership and equity opportunities. What We Offer
Exceptional Income Potential
Aggressive production-based compensation structure with a daily minimum guarantee and annual earning potential between $300K and $650K+.
Equity Partnership Opportunity
Doctors may have the opportunity to be considered for equity ownership after approximately six months based on performance, leadership, alignment, and mutual agreement on final terms.
Clinical Autonomy
You maintain control over clinical decision-making while receiving strong operational and leadership support.
Strong Support Systems
Our organization provides recruiting, marketing, operational, and administrative support so doctors can focus on patient care and growth.
