The Position
We’re hiring a Dentist to provide high-quality, patient-centered oral health care in our Walnut clinic. This role exists to expand access to timely preventive and restorative dentistry while maintaining safe, consistent clinical standards.
Key responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive exams, diagnose conditions, and create treatment plans
Deliver restorative care (fillings, crowns/bridges as applicable), extractions, and preventive services
Educate patients on oral hygiene and follow-up care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with applicable regulations
Coordinate care with the dental team to support efficient patient flow
Required qualifications/skills:
DDS or DMD from an accredited program
Active (or eligible) Mississippi dental license
Current DEA (or ability to obtain) and BLS/CPR
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and professionalism

Your Typical Day
Your day runs Monday–Friday, 8:30–5:00. You’ll start by reviewing the schedule and any notes from prior visits, then move through a steady mix of new patients and returning patients. Between appointments, you’ll document care, update treatment plans, and coordinate with assistants and front-desk staff to keep visits on time. You’ll also take a few minutes with patients to explain options in plain language and confirm next steps before they leave. By late afternoon, you’ll wrap up charts, confirm follow-ups, and prepare for the next day’s cases.
