Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Dentist to join our team on a weekend schedule. This role involves providing comprehensive dental care to patients, including general dentistry procedures, oral surgery, endodontics, pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and dental implants. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient diagnosis and communication, as well as proficiency in Invisalign Clear Aligner Therapy. The position offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality dental services in a supportive environment with flexible scheduling options.
Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of dental procedures including general dentistry, dental extractions, and oral surgery.
Diagnose dental conditions through thorough examinations and develop effective treatment plans.
Provide specialized treatments such as endodontics, pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, and dental implants.
Administer Invisalign Clear Aligner Therapy to suitable patients.
Communicate clearly with patients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care instructions.
Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout all procedures.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient practice operations and exceptional patient care.
Work scheduled hours from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM every Saturday and one Sunday per month; potential flexibility for Fridays depending on patient demand.
Experience
Proven experience as a General Dentist with competency in performing diverse dental procedures including oral surgery and dental implants.
Familiarity with Invisalign Clear Aligner Therapy is preferred.
Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education.
Ability to work independently while maintaining teamwork within the practice environment.
Prior experience working on weekends or flexible schedules is advantageous but not mandatory.
