About Our Practice
We are a well-established, long-standing dental practice located in West Hartford with a loyal patient base and an outstanding team. Our practice currently includes one associate dentist, four experienced hygienists, and a dedicated administrative and clinical support staff.
As we continue to grow, we're undergoing exciting renovations that will add three new operatories, allowing us to expand our services and better serve our community.
We pride ourselves on creating a supportive, collaborative workplace where both patients and team members feel valued, respected, and appreciated.
What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including:
Comprehensive exams and treatment planning
Restorative dentistry
Crowns and bridges
Extractions
Preventive care
Educate patients on treatment options and oral health in a clear, compassionate, and encouraging manner.
Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients of all ages.
Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation while adhering to all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards.
What We're Looking For
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active Connecticut dental license (or eligibility for Connecticut licensure).
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
A warm, friendly, and approachable personality that helps patients feel relaxed and comfortable.
A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a positive office culture.
A commitment to ethical, patient-centered, high-quality dental care.
