Job Summary

Perform comprehensive dental examinations, including patient assessment and medical/dental history review
Diagnose dental conditions using dental terminology and medical imaging techniques
Provide a variety of treatments such as dental restorations, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and endodontics
Utilize aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety and maintain sterilization standards
Conduct oral surgery procedures and dental fabrication with precision and attention to detail
Document all patient interactions accurately in medical records while adhering to HIPAA regulations
Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient comfort
Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment options tailored to pediatric dentistry and general dentistry needs
Use dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix for scheduling, billing, and record management
Maintain knowledge of anatomy and dental terminology to ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
Experience
Proven experience working in a dental clinic or dental office environment with a strong foundation in general dentistry procedures
Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices and procedures is highly desirable
Hands-on experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures
Proficiency in medical documentation, medical terminology, and medical imaging techniques
Knowledge of infection control standards and aseptic techniques aligned with current regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
Experience using dental practice management software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred
Ability to communicate effectively with patients across diverse age groups including pediatrics

Pay: $131,470.58 - $240,000.00 per year
