Part-Time Associate Dentist – With Full-Time Opportunity Available
Are you a skilled and compassionate dentist looking for a fulfilling opportunity in a growing practice? We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our thriving clinic in Enderby, BC. For candidates seeking full-time hours, there is also the opportunity to work additional days at our sister clinic in Salmon Arm.

Under the mentorship of skilled Sydney-trained dentists, you'll have the opportunity to refine your clinical skills while working alongside a close-knit team with decades of combined experience. The charming town of Enderby offers a unique opportunity to build a busy practice quickly, with strong patient demand and limited local competition.
Our team is dedicated to creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for patients of all ages while utilizing modern technology and techniques to provide exceptional dental care.
Position Details
Schedule: 2 days per week in Enderby, with the option to expand to full-time hours through an additional 2 days per week at our sister clinic in Salmon Arm.
Location: Enderby, BC – conveniently located 30 minutes from Vernon and Salmon Arm, and approximately one hour from Kelowna.
Type of Work: General dentistry with a focus on preventive and restorative care.
Supportive Staff: Work alongside an experienced team of hygienists, assistants, and administrative professionals.
Patient Base: Diverse, loyal patient population with strong demand for comprehensive dental services.
Compensation: Starting at 40% remuneration based on collections, dependent on experience. Practice purchase opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
Qualifications
DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Active BC dental licence.
Strong clinical skills and commitment to quality patient care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, team-oriented attitude.
Experience with cosmetic dentistry and Invisalign is an asset, but not required.
