Overview
Guaranteed minimum: $850/day.
Temporary/Permanent position available. Currently offering 3 days per week, however we are flexible to reduce or increase the number of shifts per week.
We are also willing to sponsor H1B visa for qualified candidates.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team at a growing practice. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional patient care and a commitment to staying current with the latest advancements in dental technology and practices. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, focusing on both general dentistry and specialized procedures.
Our practice is a general dental practice, which offers a wide range of dental services, and we encourage all doctors to explore the areas of dentistry they feel comfortable with, knowing that they have the mentorship from an experienced dentist and supportive team. Our practice offers services in Endodontics, Oral Surgery, restorative procedures (both fixed and removable), Invisalign Orthodontics, Implant placement and restoration, teeth whitening, etc. We do expect all our dentists to maintain high standards of care, be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, manage their time effectively, and provide excellent chairside manners.
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
Diagnose and treat various dental conditions, including but not limited to general dentistry, prosthodontics, and oral surgery.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical imaging records for all patients.
Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
Collaborate with dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure a smooth workflow within the clinic.
Stay informed about advancements in dental technology and practices to provide the best care possible.
Experience
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the field of dentistry.
