Innova Primary Care is a Primary Care Clinic with locations in Huntsville and Madison, AL. Our vision is Mending People. Mending Standards. We offer full service primary care including urgent acute care same day visits, Annual Wellness Visits, Gyn care and in office procedures. We prioritize customer service for our patients to receive an excellent healthcare experience. We are open Mon-Fri 8:00AM - 5:00 PM and Saturday 9 AM - 12 PM.
Seeking an experienced Guest Experience Coordinator to serve our patient guests in the role of Full-Time Receptionist with our Clinic Team at our Madison location.
The job description for this role is:
Greet our guests in a friendly and welcoming way when they arrive and assist guests in the check-in process on an iPad kiosk
Remain alert and responsive to guest needs during their wait in the lobby
Resolve minor scheduling changes with the support of team members
Maintain a neat, clean, welcoming environment for our guests.
Must be able to be standing/walking for the majority of your work shift.
This is a full-time position from 7:15a.m. to 4:15 p.m. on Monday- Friday.
Qualifications: Experience in customer interactions.
Skills: Must enjoy interacting with people! Be an excellent communicator with compassionate, patient customer service skills. Be independent and self-directed.
Be proficient in electronic medical records, computer skills such as Microsoft Word.

Annual Influenza vaccination required.
