Part Time Position

We are currently seeking an outstanding Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice. This is more than just a hygiene role - we’re looking for someone who is confident in treatment planning, takes ownership of patient care, and truly partners with patients throughout their dental journey.

You genuinely care about your patients and take pride in providing high-quality preventative and periodontal care. You’re not just completing appointments—you’re building relationships, educating patients, and helping them understand and commit to their long-term oral health.
You’re confident in your clinical skills, comfortable discussing treatment needs, and motivated to guide patients toward the best outcomes. At the same time, you’re warm, approachable, and thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities include:
Managing your schedule to allow for comprehensive care and meaningful patient education
Developing and presenting treatment plans, especially for periodontal and implant care
Taking and assisting with x-rays
Thorough charting and patient assessments
Identifying conditions such as gingivitis, caries, and periodontitis
Performing hygiene procedures that protect and maintain oral health
Educating patients and guiding them through their treatment journey
Providing post-operative instructions and ongoing care guidance
Assisting dentists in selecting appropriate treatments
Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
Ensuring proper sterilization of instruments
Monitoring hygiene supplies
Requirements:
Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Texas
