Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dental practice starting two days a week(monday and sat) , more days can be added at a later stage. The ideal candidate will support the clinical team by providing exceptional patient care, assisting with procedures, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Experience with dental terminology, will be highly valued. Responsibilities
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments to ensure a clean and safe environment
Assist the dentist during various procedures including exams, cleanings, restorations, and orthodontic treatments
Take and develop dental radiographs

Provide patient education on oral health care and post-treatment instructions
Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently, acting as a friendly dental receptionist when needed
Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and maintain infection control standards
Support pediatric patients by creating a welcoming atmosphere and assisting with age-specific procedures
Experience
Prior experience in dental assisting is preferred
Proficiency with dental software
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry is beneficial
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
Certification or training in dental assisting is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided for qualified candidates

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.69-$25.00 per hour
