Healthcare Customer Service Associate (In-Office)

Fusion CX is seeking compassionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Healthcare Customer Service Associates. In this role, you'll assist members by answering questions, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced call center environment.
Responsibilities
Answer customer calls regarding benefits, eligibility, referrals, and claims.
Research and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Escalate complex issues when needed.
Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and schedule expectations.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience required.
Medicare, healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy experience preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining excellent customer service.
Schedule
Monday – Friday
Flexible 8-hour shifts between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM
