Job Description

Come join Home Comfort Hygienist, a locally owned and growing mobile dental hygiene company bringing care directly to homes, seniors residences, supportive living, workplaces, schools, rural communities, Indigenous communities, and other care settings.
This is more than a hygiene job- you’re helping make dental care possible for people who may otherwise struggle to access it.

The Opportunity
Starting October 1
Part-time: 2-3 days/week
Mileage: $0.70/km for applicable work related travel
Hourly Wage: Higher than traditional offices
Regular rotation:
Week 1: Monday + Thursday
Week 2: Thursday + Friday
Occasional evening commitment
1 Saturday/month during fall–spring (summer is for having fun!)

What Mobile Hygiene Looks Like
You’ll pick up mobile equipment from our Parkland County storage location transport and set up a complete mobile operatory, provide clinical care, document treatment, clean/sterilize equipment, and move between patient locations as needed.
This role requires the ability to safely lift, carry, load and unload equipment up to 50 lbs.
You’ll Need
RDH registered and in good standing in Alberta
Current required certifications + professional liability insurance
Valid driver’s licence
Reliable vehicle suitable for transporting equipment
Comfortable driving throughout Edmonton, Parkland County & surrounding areas
Comfortable working independently in a variety of environments
Strong IPAC knowledge and clinical documentation skills
Reliable mobile phone access while working
