Location: North Phoenix / Scottsdale (Just east of Paradise Valley Mall)
Schedule: Mon–Thu 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Fri 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (~40 hrs/wk)
Pay: $18–$22/hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Scheduling: Welcome families, manage check-in/out, answer phones, and schedule appointments.

Insurance & Payments: Verify insurance eligibility/benefits prior to visits and collect copays at check-out.

Qualifications
1+ years in customer service, medical, or dental front desk (pediatric experience a plus).

Friendly, organized, dependable, and great with parents and kids.

Comfortable using office software. Bilingual or dental certifications (DA/X-ray) are a bonus!
