About the Role:
We’re looking for a Dental Receptionist who is highly motivated, wellness-minded, and passionate about being part of a purpose-driven team. You'll be the first point of contact for our patients helping to create a warm, inviting, and informative experience from the very first call or visit.

What We're Looking For:
Experience in a dental or healthcare front desk setting is preferred
A genuine interest in biological (holistic) dentistry and whole-body health
A friendly, organized, and professional communicator
Willingness to learn and grow in holistic dental principles
Comfort with technology and scheduling software (we’ll train you!)
Skills:
Excellent phone and in-person communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
Comfortable using or learning dental management software
Basic understanding of dental terminology (or willingness to learn)
Warm, compassionate demeanor with attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Team-oriented mindset and a heart for hospitality
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming front office environment
Manage phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries with clarity and care
Schedule appointments efficiently while honoring the slower, more intentional pace of our practice
Process payments, and manage patient records
Educate patients about our practice philosophy, new patient process, and biologically focused care
Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and patient flow
Support day-to-day office operations and uphold the peaceful, healing environment we strive to maintain
