Preferred experience/skillset/characteristics:
Experience in a dental office as a Biz admin team member
Possess strong communication skills with the ability to make patients feel genuinely welcomed, understood, and cared for
Ability to confidently answer phones, schedule patients, and provide a white-glove customer experience at all times
Ability to take payments & communicate patient financials
Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Areas of practice:
General Dentistry: esthetic crown, bridge, implant and composite restorations
Prosthodontics: removeable, fixed, all-on-x cases
Orthodontics: ClearCorrect, Invisalign
Oral Surgery: Implant placement, extractions, bone grafting
Cosmetic Dentistry: veneers, anterior smile design, in-office whitening, full mouth rehabilitations
Hours:
Monday 8:30am - 4:30pm
Tuesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday 7:00am - 3:00pm
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation starting at $28/hour depending on experience
Benefits including but not limited to 401k with 4% match, ESST (Sick pay), Vacation Pay, Medical Insurance, HSA, dental coverage (employee and family), CPR, CE, uniform, advanced training opportunities, and more!
