We are seeking a motivated and organized Dental Hygiene Recall Coordinator to join our dynamic front-office team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of maintaining a full and productive hygiene schedule by proactively reaching out to patients, building relationships, and helping our patients stay on track with their oral health.

Key Responsibilities
Contact patients via phone, text, and email to schedule and confirm hygiene appointments.
Manage hygiene recall lists and ensure consistent follow-up on overdue patients.
Collaborate with the hygiene and administrative teams to optimize the daily and weekly schedule.
Provide outstanding customer service while promoting the importance of regular dental care.
Track recall metrics and support team goals for hygiene retention and patient engagement.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Schedule & Compensation
Full-Time/Part-Time Availability
Competitive hourly rate based on experience
